Gabriel’s Angels are a family run business, employing around 100 people, who work privately and with the NHS to provide social care, community and permanent care.

How did you first hear about Blucando and what made you decide to use them?
I was having a conversation with a friend who was experiencing similar problems to us. He suggested that I speak to Ben Fielding and after that initial meeting I decided to make the right choice and change IT Provider.
What have Blucando done for you?
Like many companies, we have grown quite a bit over 10 years, we had reached a size where our IT infrastructure was falling apart at the seams, like an old car that had been glued together. Blucando came in, identified the priorities, and we put a number of projects together to address them one by one. Quite a major project for us at the time was migrating to Microsoft 365, and that was just to get us on an even keel. From there numerous other things have been introduced that have only built our confidence in them.
What is your relationship with Blucando like?
One of the most positive impacts amongst our team is the confidence that they can phone them, they’re always there and a high percentage of the time they can solve the problem. It’s always very clear with them what is going to happen, how it’s going work, and who is going to manage a project. With Blucando, we never feel like an inconvenience – which has been the case with previous providers.
